I'm Danielle Hagerty, and my purpose is to help leaders create a world where great habits make change easy.
My path here has been anything but traditional. It’s a journey that began with a unique blend of skills that have shown me firsthand how human behavior is often the weakest link.
For years, my work chasing digital bandits and leading digital transformation felt like trying to fix a leaky boat with a bucket. We could patch the processes and tighten the controls, but something always felt off. I saw firsthand that human behavior was often the weakest link.
That's when I realized that companies—and the people within them—weren't just dealing with technical debt or financial debt. They were accumulating something just as risky: behavioral debt. This is the hidden cost of outdated habits and processes that no longer serve a team or an individual. It's what makes change feel clunky and ineffective, leading to employee resistance and burnout.
To truly understand and solve this, I built a unique toolbox grounded in science and real-world application. I use a mix of:
Behavioral Economics: To design routines and processes that are not only effective but also natural and sustainable for real people.
Positive Psychology: To help leaders and teams move forward with clarity and confidence, even in uncertain times, so that resilience feels natural, not forced.
Today, I partner with leaders who already know that change is inevitable. They see it as an opportunity to innovate and build resilience, not a threat. My goal is to help you clear away that behavioral debt, designing routines and processes grounded in behavioral science that make success the natural outcome.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors—fishing, kayaking, or soaking in the calm that nature brings. Those moments remind me why I do this work: because success isn’t just about hitting goals, it’s about creating systems that let people live, work, and lead with presence and freedom.
